About
"Design by Gryffyn" is just myself - R. Lynn Shell-Whitlock. I became interested in web design when I first saw various kennel web sites online and wanted to get my dogs and dreams up for other folks to see. I am self-taught, having begun by purchasing FrontPage software and throwing myself into it. Then came learning to code HTML, editing CGI and PHP open source scripts, accessibility guidelines and designing utilizing CSS. I currently work for a state university utilizing my web skills - all this having come about because of a desire to show off my dogs on the 'Net years ago.
